(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid support services– provide Medicaid support services, enrollment assistance, and perform non–discretionary administrative tasks to assist low–income residents– Medicaid program which includes to new applications, redeterminations/recertifications and backlogged cases.– Provide support services to applicants and shall submit completed Medicaid applications to the Department’s agency in a manner and format where the agency can review and determine eligibility.– Call center support to answer questions related to the status of an application or renewal– Document scanning(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
