(1) Vendor needs to provide generation capacity services to the government authority located in Matanuska, AK.• The Proposer will: (1) Treat Proprietary information as confidential.(2) not use any Proprietary information except as and to the extent necessary for the aforesaid consulting tasks(3) not disclose any Proprietary information to any third party without prior written approval from agency.– The contract period will be for one year.– All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.– Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
