(1) Vendor needs to provide billing statements and correspondence mailing services to the government authority located in Toledo, OH. – Provide work related to the mailing of statements and other correspondence.– The daily collection of statements and outgoing mail.– Folding and stuffing statements, documents, and inserts into envelopes.– Sealing of envelopes.– Applying postage to outgoing mail.– The occasional printing of inserts or statements as needed.– Address corrections as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
