CSE-24042 - USA (Temecula, California) - Armed Security Guard and Patrol Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard and patrol services to the government authority located in Temecula, CA. – Contractor shall provide armed security guard and patrol services for agency facilities, buildings, grounds, parking lots, rights–of–way, employees, visitors, and other agency assets.– Services may include access control, facility patrols, parking lot security, incident response, emergency response, observation and reporting of suspicious activity, and other related security services.– One (1) armed security guard assigned to the Headquarters facility Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding District–observed holidays.– The security guard shall provide a visible security presence, assist with visitor access and customer service, monitor agency facilities and grounds, conduct periodic foot patrols of the premises, and observe and report security–related concerns.– Two (2) armed security guards and one (1) Contractor–furnished marked four–wheel drive patrol vehicle shall be assigned to patrol agency facilities, properties, and designated areas on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and District–observed holidays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.– Patrol personnel shall provide a visible security presence, conduct vehicle patrols and periodic foot patrols of agency facilities, buildings, parking areas, gates, rights–of–way, and designated inspection points, monitor District assets and facilities, respond to incidents and service requests, observe and report suspicious activity, assist District personnel, and perform other security–related duties as directed by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
