The City is seeking information from firms who can provide an enterprise, online, web-based labor compliance software system to track, monitor, and report labor compliance and workforce activity for private development projects that participate in the City's Local Hiring efforts. The City is seeking information for a cloud/internet-based system that contains modules to manage labor compliance and if practical, a construction-workforce database. The primary purpose of this system is to receive, track and report private development projects, certified payroll, and a construction workforce of Pasadena residents. Finally, this system should leverage modern technologies to automate and increase efficiencies.
