Vendor needs to provide venue rental with catering services to the government authority located in Texas.• Decorations set up and tear down.• Coordination and communication for attendees. • Vendor coordination and communication. • Licensee agrees to secure catering services exclusively through agency for the event taking place on October 22nd. Licensee shall pay agency a total of $48,000 for the catering of a buffet style meal to serve 1,100 guests. The meal will be served beginning at 12:00PM on October 22nd. • Payment to agency will be made by the licensee at the time of final settlement for the event. • Licensee shall pay to licensor a total amount of $10,652.59 for the consumption of soda, water, and coffee throughout the duration of the event for 1,100 attendees. • Licensor has agreed to allow Licensee to bring in donuts for a buyout fee of $500 which is included in the $10,652.59 fee.
