Vendor needs to provide public relations and event management agency services.1. Event concept development and creative direction:– Develop an overarching event concept that links the project closing, the introduction of the next project phase, and the financial health seminar into one coherent event series.– Propose the creative direction, theme interpretation, stage experience, audience engagement approach, and storytelling elements. – Design the overall flow of the programme, including transitions between sessions, ceremonial moments, videos, and interactive segments. – Provide strategic event advisory, i.e., recommend opportunities to maximize visibility, media value, and stakeholder engagement before, during, and after the event.2. Programme development and content planning:– Review the draft programme and recommend improvements to maximize audience engagement and programme flow. – Prepare detailed run–of–show documents and production schedules. – Develop scripts for opening and closing ceremonies. – Develop master of ceremony scripts. 3. Public relations and media management:– Develop the event communication plan. – Prepare media advisory. – Recommend media partners. – Manage media registration.– Coordinate photographers and videographers. 4. Event production and operations:– Develop a detailed production timeline. – Prepare contingency plans for operational risks. – Manage event operations from setup until dismantling.
