(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.      – Provide transportation services using externally identifiable passenger vehicles, vans, buses, and shuttles to carry qualified individuals primarily to and from various locations.– To provide drivers and vehicles to the various pick–up locations within 30 minutes of confirmation of receiving the request, seven (7) days a week, 24 hours per day.– Contractor will provide bilingual (English and Spanish) personnel to perform services pursuant– Common pick–up and drop–off locations include outside the jail or for court–related appointments.– Must provide a single point of contact, have a system, portal, or mechanism to respond to transportation requests or bookings from the County, and must respond to each request within 15 minutes of notifications.– Notification may be by call, email, text message, or as an issued ticket, voucher, or transportation access document.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
