(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch (CAD–to–CAD) System. – Providing a turnkey computer aided dispatch to computer aided dispatch (CAD–to–CAD, C2C) solution to support the public safety needs in the region.– The C2C solution must be scalable and provide scaling options that allow additional jurisdictions or agencies to implement the solution following the fully accepted implementation of the original jurisdictions. – System scaling shall not interrupt, degrade, or in any way negatively impact network connectivity or established functionality for any system's current user.– To enable real–time dispatch and sharing of resource data between their disparate CAD systems in support of 24x7 mission–critical emergency functions.– Allow real–time electronic communication of information between all systems.– Provide a scalable solution permitting future expansion to other partners in our region.– Deploy a standards–based C2C solution to all three partners.– CAD integration to a central hub.
