(1) Vendor needs to provide senior transportation services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.– Provide transportation services to residents age 60 and over (“60+ Seniors”) under the Community Services for the Elderly Program (“CSE”). – Provide community–based, supportive services to frail, low–income individuals who are age 60 and over and need assistance to maintain their independence at home.  • Enable the elderly to remain in their homes and participate in family and community life; • Reduce the reliance on institutional care; • Provide cost–effective, non–medical services;  • Enable access to necessary information and support; and  • Promote the continued involvement of informal caregivers. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
