(1) Vendor needs to provide professional historic preservation consultant services to the government authority located in Plainfield, NJ.– Provide staff support to the historic preservation commission.– Activities will include attending monthly meetings, reviewing Certificate of Appropriateness applications for proposed modifications, the architectural review committee, and applicants, preparing resolutions as made by the at monthly meetings and providing technical assistance in the development of policies.– Updating the master plan historic preservation element, and providing technical assistance on historic preservation matters to the city.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
