(1) Vendor needs to provide quantum technology commercialization hubs services to the government authority located in New York.– Create a world–class quantum technology commercialization hub.– Creation of each hub may involve construction of a new building or the expansion or modification of an existing structure.– Establish and operate a physical hub.– Advance commercialization of quantum technologies.– Incubate and accelerate quantum–related startups.– Engage industry and drive technology adoption.– Coordination across the quantum hub network.– Reporting and performance measurement.– Develop efficient processes to help translate quantum research into scalable, market–ready technologies.– Build and maintain partnerships with regional businesses across relevant industry sectors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28,2026.(3) A pre–bid information session will be held on August 21,2026.
