MRB-55971 - USA (Georgia) - Tax Allocation District Communications, Financial and Policy Support Consultant Service - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tax allocation district communications, financial and policy support consultant service. – TAD Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:• Developing and refining executive–level messaging related to the Beltline TAD• Preparing briefing materials, talking points, presentations, and FAQs for the CEO and senior leadership• Supporting communications with City officials, board members, community stakeholders, and media• Translating complex financial and policy concepts into clear, accessible narratives• Coordinating closely with ABI’s communications team to ensure alignment and consistency– TAD Financial & Policy Position Support, Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:• Providing financial analysis and modeling related to TAD performance, projections, and policy scenarios• Supporting the CEO’s office with policy research and position development related to tax allocation, public finance, and redevelopment tools• Preparing briefing memos, issue papers, and executive summaries for leadership and board use• Assisting in the evaluation of legislative or regulatory proposals that may affect the TAD• Coordinating with ABI finance staff, legal counsel, and external partners as needed(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
