(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise business automation platform.• The solution must allow authorized users to configure workflows without software development knowledge or usage, through a graphical user interface (workflow designer).• The solution must allow to manage (create, read, update, delete) multiple workflow steps (activities), transitions and decision points.• The solution must allow to manage automated workflows for review, approval, decision–making and routing processes, at single and multiple levels, sequential and parallel (e.g., possibility to include multiple/complex decision points for different users and roles, for the same business process/workflow).• The solution must keep track of multiple versions of the workflows, and give the possibility to activate new versions without losing historical data.• The solution must support workflows for various business domains, including but not limited to: people and HR services, workspace services, IT services, financial services, facilities management services, security services etc.• The solution must provide robotic process automation capabilities, including rule–based automation processing for manual, iterative tasks (e.g. creating transactions in ERP, classification of scanned files, automatic creation of tickets, data flow management etc.).• The solution should support automated processing of business documents, including classification, extraction of relevant information and validation of extracted data.• The solution should support multiple distribution methods of the online form, including: email invitations, shareable links.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
