Vendor needs to provide design and implementation service for HeForShe campaign. – The assignment will include development of a creative campaign concept and visual identity, production of multimedia content, engagement of HeForShe advocates and allies, public relations and media outreach, implementation of digital visibility activities, and organization of a series of public events and community engagement activities across the country.– The Contractor is expected to develop a creative campaign concept, visual identity and implementation plan for the country–wide HeForShe campaign in BiH, building on the global HeForShe movement and adapting it to the local context.– The Contractor shall submit one (1) comprehensive creative campaign concept, visual Identity and implementation plan for review and approval by Organization.– Creative Campaign Concept• Campaign narrative;• Target audience segmentation;• Key messages;• Campaign objectives, KPIs and indicative targets;• Community and stakeholder engagement approach;• Risk assessment and mitigation measures.– Visual Identity• Campaign slogan(s);• Campaign hashtag(s);• Visual identity package;• Campaign branding toolkit, including event branding visibility package and social media templates.– The Contractor shall design and implement a series of public events and community engagement activities that promote the HeForShe movement, encourage men and boys to become active allies for gender equality, and increase public participation in the campaign.• Develop the event concept and agenda in consultation with Organization;• Secure and fully equip a suitable venue in Sarajevo;• Provide complete event management, technical production and participant registration;• Coordinate logistics for the moderator designated by Organization;• Provide interpretation (English/BCS), where required;• Provide catering;• Manage media relations;• Arrange travel reimbursement for up to 30 participants and accommodation for up to 15 participants;• Design and produce all event branding and visibility materials;• Design and produce 50 HeForShe Ally Recognition Awards;• Design and produce 100 HeForShe Welcome Packages, consisting of simple promotional and informational materials approved by Organization;• Design and implement one public commitment activation;• Produce professional photography and one event highlight video (30 – 45 seconds);• Submit an event report with participant statistics, media coverage and key outcomes.
