(1) Vendor needs to provide victim advocacy services for victims of juvenile offenders to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.• Provide crime victim advocacy services, defined as services that provide direct support, emotional guidance, and practical resources to victims of crime or trauma.• Services are designed to stabilize victims, help them navigate complex legal and social systems, and ensure their rights and voices are prioritized throughout the recovery and judicial processes.• Emotional Support and Counseling: Offering crisis intervention and mental health counseling and care, such as outpatient therapy and counseling or outpatient substance abuse treatment.• System Navigation: Explaining constitutional and statutory rights and accompanying victims through legal or law enforcement proceedings.• Resource Facilitation: Connecting victims to emergency financial assistance, temporary housing, and medical care.• Safety Planning: Helping victims assess potential risks and create personalized, actionable plans to protect themselves from further harm.• Administrative Help: Assisting with filling out paperwork for crime victim compensation programs, protective and restraining orders, and victim impact statements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3,2026.(3) A pre–proposal conferences will be held on July 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
