FOOD-11060 - USA (Port St. Lucie, Florida) - Dining and Event Catering Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dining and event catering service to the government authority located in Port St. Lucie, FL. – Provide any office machines necessary for the management of the dining service operations, including computers (and software), printers, copy machines, calculators and other similar items.– Staff will be experienced and qualified for administration and supervision, menu planning and dietetics, production, purchasing, service, sanitation, marketing, and equipment use.– Food and beverage negotiations, contracts, and change order requests for all catering functions shall be provided.– Ensure food safety and sanitation practices meet or exceed local health department requirements.– The Contractor shall submit a marketing plan that addresses the dining and catering services.– The selected Contractor may offer breakfast service based on customer demand.– Provide catering elsewhere on the property is non–exclusive.– Provide lunch and dinner services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 11, 2026.
