Description

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) is a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, which provides public transportation services in a 616-square-mile area located in Benton and Franklin Counties is seeking proposals from local banks for Banking Services. This Scope of Work has both state and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Terms and Conditions. BFT’s current Banking Service contract expires 12/31/2022. It is anticipated that BFT will announce the intended awardee of this Contract this September, 2022 and that the successful Contractor will be able to fully implement and transfer banking services in a manner such that as of January 1, 2023, full migration is complete. The Contract award will be a based on Unit Price.
