HR-9176 - USA (Fountain Inn, South Carolina) - Compensation and Classification Pay Plan Update Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and classification pay plan update services to the government authority located in Fountain Inn, SC.– Identify any data gaps, classification concerns, or job description deficiencies that should be addressed during the project.• Review existing job descriptions to determine whether they remain accurate, consistent, and properly aligned with the City’s current duties and pay structure.• Prioritize review of positions where duties have changed materially, recruitment or retention challenge sexist, classification concerns have been identified or pay band placement may require validation.• Update job descriptions as needed to reflect distinguishing characteristics, essential functions, minimum qualifications, knowledge, skills and abilities, licenses/certifications, working conditions, physical demands, and other job–related requirements. • Create new job descriptions only when needed for positions that are new, materially changed, or not adequately covered by an existing description.• Identify recommended title changes, consolidation of job titles, reclassification issues, and positions requiring additional management review. • Provide final job descriptions in editable Microsoft Word format.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
