QUALITY-3003 - USA (Modesto, California) - Mining Inspection Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mining inspection services to the government authority located in Modesto, CA. – Consultant must verify mining is occurring in compliance with the reclamation plan and the use permit's conditions of approval as they relate to the reclamation plan.– Consultant will be available to assist staff with answering any questions that arise related to the inspections or inspection reports or documents.– Provide all services in a timely manner, allowing the agency to maintain all inspection and reporting deadlines. • Support tasks such as review of interim management plans for existing mines.• Review of reclamation plans for new mine applications.• Preparation and submittal of new mining operation report form for newly approved mines.• Assist the agency in updating the surface mining and reclamation ordinance, including preparation of any environmental analysis, outreach to operators, and coordinate with the state mining and geology board for certification of ordinance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 15, 2026.
