Description
What is the solicitation method? Project consists of dredging approximately 77,160 CY over an estimated 33,500 LF with dredge material management area preparation, material handling, disposal, turbidity control & monitoring, and site restoration. Dredging will be performed within the limits to restore the permitted design elevation of -4 feet MLW between US 41 & South Beneva Road. Bidder's offer shall be irrevocable for a period commencing upon the date of bid opening, for 180 days or until the County's issuance of Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs first. The County anticipates executing a construction contract that will remain in effect for the duration of the project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
