EDUCATION-18991 - USA (Elizabeth, New Jersey) - 12-Hours Educational Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 12–hours educational services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ. – Provide and instruct approved curriculum–based 12 hours of education, alcohol or drug substance abuse screening evaluation, and treatment referral for the County.– Provide Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LCADC/CADC) who must screen each client during a one–on–one session during the 12–hour educational program and, if warranted, refer for a drug and alcohol assessment.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
