(1) Vendor needs to provide adult cpr, aed and first aid training services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Training is to help participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond to a medical emergency using CPR, an AED, and basic first aid.– Classes may be requested for the same day at multiple job sites, either as AM and PM sessions or with separate instructors from the selected provider.– Classes may be required to start as early as 6:30 a.m. and finish as early as 2:30 p.m.– Provide participants with instructions for accessing and saving electronic copies of certification cards online, when available.– Provide first aid treatment for the following:– heart attack or signs of a heart attack.– Severe bleeding.– Shock.– Stroke.– Head, neck, or back injury.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
