Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA 67140 / IDA 6800 RFB Reference No.: PK-EDUPMU-557191-GO-RFB The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Replenishment of Early Childhood Education (ECE) Materials for 1000 ECE Classrooms under KP-HCIP. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary Secondary Education Department Government of KPK now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Replenishment of Early Childhood Education (ECE) Materials for 1000 ECE Classrooms under KP-HCIP to be delivered and installed in 1000 schools across Nowshera, Swabi, Peshawar and Haripur within a period of three (03) months . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and inspect the bidding document during office hours . 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 5000/- . The method of payment will be cashier check. The bidding documents should be delivered by hand at the address given below. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 am, 9th July 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11:15 am, 9th July 2026. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of: PKR 4,400,000/- 9. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 10.
