ITES-10757 - USA (California) - Managed Security Operations Center Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed security operations center services to the government authority located in California.– Managed SOC Services which includes vulnerability management (aka exposure management) services which provide a holistic approach of identifying and mitigating cyber vulnerabilities.– Improve the county’s information security posture, the information technology department needs increased visibility into activity within cloud–based and on–premises information technology environments.– Timely detection of malicious cyber activity and potential cyberattacks is critical to preventing or minimizing the impact of cyber incidents to the county’s technology environment and information assets.– Real–time network, information assets monitoring, and quarantine services.– Software as a service (Saas) cloud service monitoring.– Identity provider (IDP) monitoring.– Create new custom, user–defined security rules as needed.– Utilize artificial intelligence practices to provide managed SOC Services with express pre–approval of county.– Incident response and management.– Log collection and analysis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
