HR-9217 - USA (Alameda, California) - Compensation and Benefits Study Service - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and benefits study service to the government authority located in Alameda, CA.– Conduct a comprehensive compensation and benefit study and shall develop recommendations and propose options for compensation and benefits packages for up to 23 job classifications included in the current organizational structure.– The data and recommendations should be derived by survey comparison of approximately 12–15 relevant transit agencies and/or other government agencies– The end product of the study will include: an extensive wage and benefit comparison, to include the value of current benefits and retirement benefits, a recommended compensation plan, salary schedule, and an implementation guideline.– Included in the study shall be an analysis of Bus Operator payment variances for various shifts and work conditions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
