(1) Vendor needs to provide professional moving services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Supply reusable moving totes for faculty, staff, and departmental packing in advance of the scheduled move.– Pack, transport, unload, and place classroom materials, office contents, instructional resources, furniture, and other departmental items in their designated locations.– Provide personnel qualified to safely disconnect (as applicable), transport, protect, and position these assets.– Owner’s Representative to develop and execute a detailed move plan, including sequencing, scheduling, staffing/resource allocation, specialized equipment coordination, and room–by–room placement.
