TRANSPORT-11807 - USA (Tremonton, Utah) - Transportation Master Plan Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation master plan services to the government authority located in Tremonton, UT.– Project ManagementThe Consultant shall be responsible for managing the project schedule, budget, communications, and coordination with City staff to ensure the project is completed in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, and budget.– Existing Conditions AssessmentThis assessment shall include a review of the existing General Plan, Future Land Use Plan, Transportation Master Plan, and other relevant planning documents; an evaluation of existing land use patterns, zoning, demographics, housing, economic conditions, environmental features, transportation systems.– Public Engagement and VisioningThe Consultant shall develop and implement a comprehensive public engagement process designed to actively involve residents, businesses, property owners, community organizations, City leaders, and other stakeholders throughout the General Plan Update process.– Growth Strategy and Land Use PlanningThe Consultant shall develop a comprehensive growth and land use strategy that establishes a clear framework for Tremonton City's future development. The Consultant shall evaluate existing and future land use needs, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, mixed–use, and other development opportunities.– GIS Data and Deliverables: – Including Existing Conditions Maps, the Future Land Use Map, and the General Plan Maps and Supporting Materials, shall be delivered as GIS–ready geospatial data (ESRI shapefile and/or file geodatabase format) with complete attribute data and metadata, in addition to any static map graphics included in the General Plan document(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
