REPUBLIC OF GHANA MINISTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE WEST AFRICA FOOD SYSTEM RESILIENCE PROJECT (FSRP2) – GHANA Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids - Small Works (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Employer: Ministry of Food & Agriculture Project: West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) Contract title: Development of selected inland valleys in the Ashanti Region (Waamu/Kumi Water Conservation Scheme) – Lot 2 Country: Ghana Loan No.: P178132 RFB No: GH-FSRP PHASE 2-496559-CW-RFB Issued on May 29, 2026 The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of West Africa Food S ystem Resilience Project (FSRP ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “ Development of selected inland valleys in the Ashanti Region (Waamu/Kumi Water Conservation Scheme) – Lot 2. The Ministry of Food & Agriculture acting through the West Africa Food System Resilience Project (FSRP), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Development of selected inland valleys in the Ashanti Region (Waamu/Kumi Water Conservation Scheme) – Lot 2 . The objective of this assignment is to obtain the services of a contractor to rehabilitate or construct water conservation infrastructure at selected inland valleys in Ashanti Region: Waamu/Kumi Water Conservation Scheme . Additionally, Bidders will be responsible for the establishment of a network of roads, drainage systems, land development as well as the appurtenant structures required to operationalize the scheme. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Food and Agriculture, West Africa Food System Resilience Program’s (FSRP) Procurement Specialist and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. 5.The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00 or GHS1,500.00 . The method of payment will be by Cash to the West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP). The document will be physically picked up at the address below. 6.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 am on July 10, 2026 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on July 10, 2026 , at 10:30 am at the FSRP Conference Room . 7.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Unconditional Bid Guarantee or Bid Bond) in the amounts indicated above. 8.Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 9.The address(es) referred to above is (are): a.
