(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster management area coordinator services to the government authority located in La Mirada, CA. • Advise the general board and executive committee on emergency management policy, programs, and organizational priorities.• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings of the general board, executive committee, and board appointed committees.• Prepare agendas, meeting packets, resolutions, presentations, minutes, and supporting documentation.• Monitor implementation of Board actions and provide regular progress updates.• Develop annual work plans and strategic objectives consistent with agency priorities.• Prepare executive reports, technical analyses, and policy recommendations.• Coordinate communications among agency jurisdictions.• Maintain official records in accordance with Board policies and applicable record retention requirements.• Represent agency in professional meetings, conferences, workshops, and committees as directed by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
