CLEANING-13417 - USA (South Carolina) - Cleaning and Janitorial Services for Various Libraries - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and janitorial services for various libraries to the government authority located in South Carolina. – Work shall be performed at all six Libraries.– All cleaning services are to be done after hours between the closing time and 11:00 P.M.– Hard floors (linoleum, terrazzo) and stairwells swept and dust mopped with dust control treated mops, and left clean and free of dust and dirt. Floors should be spot cleaned of stains and streaks as often needed.– Entrance lobby floors cleaned and polished so as to be shiny but not slippery. Floor finish to be applied and buffing as necessary to maintain polished appearance.– Clean and disinfect all countertops and sinks in kitchenettes. – Drinking fountains cleaned and sanitized.– Spray public computer workstation mice and keyboards with disinfectant.– Fixtures will be cleaned and sanitized.– Walls, partitions and doors will be spot cleaned.– Towel and tissue receptacles will be replenished.– Dust baseboards.– All inside windows cleaned and washed.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
