(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation classification and job description study service to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.  – Consultant shall provide a comparison of the authorities on call pay policy against the surveyed comparators.     – Conduct a comprehensive compensation, classification and job description study.  – Job analysis and employee interviews.– Job description review and update.– Salary range development.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.          (3) This bid is researched and provided for information purposes only, and RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
