(1) Vendor needs to provide coordinated data system and roadway information management system.1) Standardized hardware and software2) Coding formats for common data variables (information architecture)3) Basemap reference system (route, begin mile, end mile, etc.)– The software update process applies to the operating system, databases, and GIS software.– Oracle Database Maintenance PersonnelAt the date of bidding, a minimum of five (5) continuous years of experience in the field of Oracle database administration– GIS PersonnelAt the date of bidding, a minimum of three (3) continuous years of experience in Oracle based transportation GIS projects– Production and development servers and a virtual server running properly includes upgrading the OS and applying OS/security patches.– Website Maintenance and Modification: – This task includes keeping RIMS public portal and ancillary legacy publication websites running. New SLD and traffic count data sets provided by agency shall be added to the site ancillary site annually.– GIS MAINTENANCE: – Agency uses GeoMedia and GeoMedia Transportation Manager GIS software to display and analyze data and to produce maps.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
