(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design and engineering services to the government authority located in California.– The city is seeking qualified architectural and engineering services to develop a complete, coordinated, and permit–ready design for a new two–story utility dispatch center at the existing mvu field office located.– The scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low–voltage communications, civil, landscaping, site demolition, grading, drainage, parking, utilities, ev charging infrastructure, solar carports, site security improvements, and a new masonry wall along the property line.– Mechanical design shall include, but not be limited to, complete heating, ventilation, andair–conditioning systems suitable for a continuously occupied dispatch and operationsfacility.– Electrical design shall include, but not be limited to, building and site electrical loadcalculations, switchgear and panel sizing, panel schedules, single–line diagrams, groundingand bonding, fault–current calculations, protective–device coordination, arc–flash analysisand labelling requirements, interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, site lighting,lighting controls, equipment power, elevator power, mechanical– and plumbing–equipmentpower, communications and technology power, security–system power, EV–readyinfrastructure, solar–carport–ready provisions, emergency and standby power systems, andfuture electrical–capacity planning.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
