The intent of this solicitation is to establish a supply and delivery contract for Agriculture Chemicals (Herbicides, Turf, Ornamentals, Fertilizers). Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract. The Contractor shall abide by all federal, state and local regulations, licenses, and laws as they apply to the product and distribution.
