(1) Vendor needs to provide monument entrance sign service. – Present a professional, high–quality architectural appearance appropriate for a major airport entrance.– Be appropriately scaled to the existing site and surrounding roadway.– Provide sufficient contrast, size, and illumination, where applicable, to provide clear identification during both daytime and nighttime conditions.– Utilize durable exterior–grade materials suitable for year–round exposure to Northern Illinois weather conditions.– Be designed to minimize maintenance requirements.– Be resistant to corrosion, fading, deterioration, and other effects associated with outdoor exposure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
