(1) Vendor needs to provide business support services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.– provide business services to include Program Management and Planning, Finance, Logistics, Security, Space Planning, Safety, Administrative Services, Technical Editing, Records Management, and Computer Engineering and Information Technology (IT) support.– Program Manager (PM). The contractor shall establish, maintain, and appoint a PM for this contract Task Order (TO) and the associated Technical Instructions (TI).– Task Management. The PM shall be responsible for managing the contractor’s efforts towards all tasks required by this TO– Contractor Site Lead. The contractor shall designate a site lead to the oversee daily contractor operations.– eDL Development. The contractor shall develop and maintain an eDL containing all data items generated, obtained, or converted from hardcopy during TO performance as follows– Protecting Data. The contractor shall establish and maintain adequate procedures for protecting technical data delivered to or stored at the repository from unauthorized release or disclosure.– Delivering Data. The contractor shall deliver data to the Government on paper or other media as specified herein or by the agency– Data Currency. The contractor shall maintain the currency of data delivered directly by Government contractors or subcontractors to the repository.– Technical Data Libraries. The contractor shall ensure logistics products are available for use by internal and external customers, both electronically and in hard copy for technical data repositories and libraries.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
