(1) Vendor needs to provide professional payment plan management and related services to the government authority located in Tiverton, RI.– Includes setup and management of sewer assessment accounts.– Management of accounts shall include monthly billing and electronic payment receipt andaccount reconciliation.– Applicant must be the legal homeowner of record.– Requires collection and storing of sensitive payment information for enrollment into automatic payment processing as well as ability to construct and operate software to assist with interest and payment arrangement payoff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7,2026.
