(1) Vendor needs to provide library print, e–books and digital resources services to the government authority located in Dallas, FL.– library and literacy materials and services, including print books, classroom collections, shelf–ready library books, MARC records, audiobooks, e–books, digital content licenses, and literacy platforms to support PK–12 curriculum, reading growth, student choice, and equitable access.– The digital platform shall maintain full interoperability with the current tools used across the District Seamless integration with the District's library automation system.– Integration with existing digital reading platforms used by campuses.– Support for single sign–on through the District's authentication and identity management systems, allowing students and staff to access resources without separate credentials.– A user–friendly ordering and administration platform for library and District staff– Single–User or Single–Access licensing providing standard perpetual access.– Multi–User or Simultaneous–Access licensing supporting concurrent student reading, essential for grade–wide novel studies and thematic assignments.– Integration with District authentication systems where applicable.– Administrative reporting and usage analytics available to District library administrators, including circulation, access, and engagement metrics that support collection and program decisions.– Scalable access for all participating campuses regardless of enrollment size.– Ongoing technical support and content updates throughout the contract term.
