(1) Vendor needs to provide registered professional forester (RPF) services to the government authority located in Carmel, California. – Development, refinement, and approval of fuels reduction, forest health, and prescribed fire prescriptions.– Riparian vegetation determinations, erosion control direction, and agency consultation support.– Pre–implementation layout review, phase start–up visits, and field checks.– District staff will serve as the RPF's designees and supervised assistants.– Input on fuels and forest management plans, grant applications, and staff reports.– Prescriptions and planning.– Designee training and supervision.– Implementation oversight and compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 23, 2026.
