NET-17413 - USA (Bloomington, Illinois) - Wireless Access Points Upgrade Service - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wireless access points upgrade service to the government authority located in Bloomington, IL. – Switches (all HPE/Aruba), and Wireless Access Points.– Vendor shall unmount and remove existing Aruba and Ubiquiti Access Points.– Cables terminated in surface mount boxes in plenum space or 1 gang flush–mounted boxes in ceilings, as directed by County IT networking staff.– Cable runs shall have printed physical labels using existing building naming convention on each end.– New cables will be suspended in j–hooks or trays, or installed in conduit as required by building code.– Cable terminations run with 10ft service loop on service end.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
