(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guards services to the government authority located in New York. • Agency looking to hire unarmed security guard services, which is critical component of its daily operations, to afford a measure of protection for its personnel, guests, and users• The Security Guard will ensure the safety of staff Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding City holidays unless otherwise directed by Commission• Maintaining physical security, security personnel will be expected to proactively support staff and visitors by providing a professional security presence, monitoring potentially volatile situations, and utilizing de–escalations techniques to prevent and resolve conflicts whenever possible.
