(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide cybersecurity resources services to the government authority located in MD.– Provide secure highly skilled professionals and teams capable of delivering advanced cybersecurity and privacy services across multiple domains, including governance, risk management, and compliance.– Strengthen their cybersecurity posture, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.– Oversight and governance:– provide implementing robust risk assessment methodologies, ensuring adherence to privacy laws, and managing enterprise–wide compliance and data protection programs to safeguard sensitive information.– Architecture, engineering, and implementation:– Comprehensive technical expertise for the entire lifecycle of secure systems, from initial security architecture design to the hands–on implementation of security tools.– Protection and defense:– Provide proactive and reactive operational support to identify, detect, and mitigate cyber threats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for ten years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
