(1) Vendor needs to provide real property tax valuation services to the government authority located in New York.– Conduct real property tax valuations of proposed “projects” of the Corporation and related professional services.– Delivery to the Corporation of a written report setting forth the as–completed valuation of the real property component of the “project” and an estimate of the otherwise applicable real property taxes for such “project.”
