ShareGate Renewal

The County of San Mateo Information Services Department (ISD) is seeking additional proposals for the annual renewal of ShareGate license. The County of San Mateo are seeking proposals for either a one-year or three-year pricing option (payable annually). In regards to the three-year pricing option, provided that the funds have been appropriated and allocated, the County will issue annual purchase orders in accordance with the established payment schedule. No price proposals will be considered which require upfront payment for the full three-year total within a single purchase order. The intention of this RFQ is to gather additional quotes for cost comparison and the County is not obligated to issue an award/purchase order. In the event an award is potentially made, and purchase order is issued, the County of San Mateo will notify and work with the awarded vendor.
