FIRE-1810 - USA (Jacksonville, Alabama) - Life Safety Maintenance and Monitoring Fire Alarm Systems - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide life safety maintenance and monitoring fire alarm systems to the government authority located in Jacksonville, AL.– The Contractor shall maintain and service all components of the fire alarm system, including but not limited to:• Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP)• Remote annunciators• Power supplies• Batteries and battery chargers• Manual pull stations• Smoke detectors• Heat detectors• Duct smoke detectors• Beam detectors (if installed)• Flame detectors (if installed)• Carbon monoxide detectors (if installed)• Waterflow switches• Valve supervisory switches• Monitor modules• Control modules• Addressable devices• Notification appliance circuits• Horns• Speakers• Bells• Strobes• Combination notification appliances• Fire alarm communication equipment• Emergency voice/alarm communication systems• Elevator recall interfaces• Door holder release devices• Magnetic door locks connected to the fire alarm system(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting on August 5, 2026
