Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'étude vise à : - Évaluer l'état structurel, hydraulique et sanitaire du réservoir existant - Identifier les désordres (fissures, corrosion, fuites, défauts d'étanchéité, etc.) - Vérifier la conformité aux normes (qualité eau potable, sécurité, exploitation) - Définir les solutions techniques de réhabilitation et/ou restructuration - Estimer les coûts et analyser la rentabilité - Proposer un programme d'intervention priorisé
