The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than September 20, 2023 at 2:00pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to remove the existing flooring and replace it with Dur-A-Flex epoxy flooring in Rooms 249, 260, the counter area and walkway of the Waterworks Facility located at 425 Industrial Park Drive, Newport News, VA 23608.
