(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment and selection services to the government authority located in Lakewood, WA. – Consultant to assist with filling executive and management level positions on an as–needed basis.• Advise Pierce Transit on selection processes that would achieve the best results for the organization.• Depending on position or by request, conduct a national, statewide and regional search to identify well–qualified and motivated candidates.• Develop a candidate profile as well as a recruitment and selection plan based on interviews with agency staff, board, and/or other identified parties.• Dependent on the position, the Consultant may be required to work with and report to the agency Board of Commissioners and/or their designee.• Thoroughly advertise and conduct a recruitment for potential candidates, interview, screen and evaluate interested applicants. Such evaluations would include in–depth interviews in person, appropriate preliminary inquiries into references and background, and careful assessment of each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses against the specification for the position.• Recommend a short list of 3–6 of the most qualified and competitive candidates to interview.• Assist and provide guidance, as requested, in the final selection of the candidate and provideassistance in the negotiation of employment terms with the selected candidate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
