(1) Vendor needs to provide biomedical waste disposal and secure destruction services to the government authority located in Petaluma, CA.• Providing a complete turn–key operation to include all waste monitoring, labeling, marking, loading, placarding, manifesting, training, transportation and incineration, disposal and destruction.• The handling, packaging, transportation, storage, treatment, or disposal of biomedical wastes (to include biohazard, sharps, and wasted medication) and secure document and media destruction.• Control plan and medical surveillance program to include to: bloodborne pathogens, tuberculosis, and regulatory requirements.• Medication collection receptacles for disposal of pharmaceutical substances including compatible and non–compatible hazardous pharmaceuticals and will be provided to participating.• Collection and disposal of all full medication collection receptacle(s) for this pharmaceutical waste on a specified schedule and delivering new medication collection receptacle(s) to the participating location(s).• Submit a draft Disaster Recovery Plan outlining solutions for potential staffing shortages, power outages, system crashes, road closures, or facility shutdown, with procedures to ensure continued contract performance in the event of disasters such as fire, flood, and earthquake.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
